I usually do powerlifting for my main workout, but I have two days at week I don't do it because I need my body to recover. Thi app is amazing for quick cardio that helps me feel lighter and faster. I absolutely love it because it uses body weight, but don't let it fool you. I was out of breath and sweating like a pig! The exercises are simple (which I love!) and challenging. Great app so far. You can really get a sweat going when you put effort into it. I like the daily reminder to work out feature as well. One thing though it is minor. When the app lets you know that it's been a while since you worked out it says "It's been x says days since you haven't worked out." Which means that I've been working out for the x number of days rather than not. I had a bit of a laugh when I read it but please fix it. Full Review

Great app. Easy to use with a calendar to keep track of workouts done along with different route e options such as abs, butt, etc. Would love to see a meal planner to be added in the future attached to workout routines. This would help not put on weight and add better, more efficient tracking (but I do see that we can also get this online ourselves). The example videos are by random people where it would have been better to have app specific how-to videos along with extra information, etc. Full Review

I'm a beginner trying to lose a small amount of weight and get my body fit. I sync this app to my Google fit and my Google fit is synced to the app called "myfitnesspal" where I log and keep track of calories and water intake. Between the 2 apps I have already lost 2 lbs and I'm only on my 4th workout day. Highly recommend! Full Review

I like this app because I haven't worked out in years and I'm too lazy to do more then 7 minutes at a time! But also because of the different workout routines. Some are just for the whole body, others are targeted zones like the butt or abs, but they're all just 7 minutes and you get results!! Full Review

This is a brilliant app, I have been doing more or less 15 min workout once every 2 days for the past month. I am more toned and more fit than when I started and my strength has also improved. This app is a GREAT one to kick off your healthy lifestyle. I have let myself go over the years and always try a workout regiment on my own, only to fail a few weeks later because of time or whatever excuse. This workout is a GREAT way to start back. It gives you the regiment to follow, it calculates your BMI and your progress and it's literally only 7 minutes. And I thought "how effective can a 7 minute workout be?". Well I have used my own regiments usually lasting 45 mins to an hour and honestly due to the short rests and quick burst exercises I feel more whipped after the 7 minutes than on any that I devised. Do theses 7 minutes a few times a day and you'll be back on track in no time. Full Review

Brilliant app and is exactly what I needed. I've only given 4 stars because it notifies me occasionally saying that I've not worked out in several days when ,in fact, I have been doing the 30 day challenges. I assume the notification is because I haven't done a 7 minute workout in several days, however, the routine that I'm following actually lasts longer

If stretching included for 3 -4 min pre and post work out it would made a complete package. Also instead of having 13 exsersice more could have added and each time 13 can be autoselected randomly this would have made more interesting rather than getting bored doing same 13 exercises each day over and over again .
