I hate not having a direct way of sending feedback to the company. That should be included in the app. I have lots of problems with the app closing at all times since lasts updates or not letting me access to the main screen. Full Review

I thought the app was meant to replace having to go to the website. However I find that scheduled releases do not show up right away in the app. I still have to go to the website or wait an extra day for the shows to appear in-app. Full Review

Needs to be updated to allow for full screen mode on the Essential Phone ph-1. I know this isn't a phone widely used but it will be coming to have a notch on phones. Amazon Prime Video allows for full screen mode on the Essential Phone ph-1. So why not Netflix. I started using Amazon Prime mainly over using Netflix just for that reason. It's to bad because I really like Netflix. Full Review

Personally I like the previous version more because I was able to fast forward or rewind, even though it was only by 10 seconds. I liked having that kind of control. I also don't like that when I rotate my phone the screen doesn't rotate anymore on the main screen for selecting movies/shows. If you could change those two features back that would be great. Also there seems to be a lot of shows and movies in lots of other languages but for some reason English isn't one of them. I enjoy watching foreign shows/movies and though I don't mind reading subtitles I still prefer to watch in English. If something could be done about that it would be greatly appreciated. Full Review

Content is fantastic.. The player works absolutely fine. Would love to have a couple of updates - forward or reverse by 10 sec instead of 30. Like Youtube or Amazon Prime you know. 30 seconds is too long. And pls could you get the controls on the screen instead of the small bar below which is not very modern. Make binge watching even more fantastic and I will update my review. Full Review

The new update of this app is really sucks. Would you please do something about it. The forward and rewind buttons not there anymore and also next and previous buttons. The porn hub website has even better UI/UX than netflix. Really disappointed on the new update. It's quite easy to fix since you guys have the best engineering team. Full Review

Two thumbs up to Netflix. One of my biggest grievances was to start a film or series only to find that it was in a language other than English. I am now able to enjoy well acted and produced " foreign " films and not get lost in subtitles after finding that I can choose English in the audio selection of many titles. Thanks. Full Review

It's a great app when it actually let's you watch something. Most of the time it tells me error, connection lost, cannot stream this title for you at the moment over and over. I'm to the point where I'm ready to get rid of my subcrision because of what has been happening. It hasn't only been happening to me too. My friends are experiencing it, my parents, their friends and family, and also me. It's getting only netflix it really is. Get your stuff together. Please all I want to watch are the shoes I want to but netflix just isn't working Full Review

19 Feb update is still not working. App is unable to launch when there's no internet or when netflix is inaccessible in certain countries, thus offline watching doesn't work either. I haven't been able to watch since these 3 updates. Bad value for my money. Bring back offline access Full Review

I have been a subscriber from day one it came to the Netherlands and content improved very much. A lot of new European content. However, downloading does not work properly. It downloads and registers the amount of data consumed in storage but it keeps streaming causing me to consume all of my data plan. Full Review

New app update is AWFUL! My menu button for browsing is gone so now I can't look for anything and am limited to the few categories on the main page which are not specific enough and don't show everything and I have to scroll endlessly instead of looking under subcategories. Full Review

A recent irritation: Every single time I open the app it asks if I want notifications. No, I do not. I go to Netflix in my free time to watch what I like. I'm not interested in many of the videos they want to promote. Also, I don't need more distractions when I'm going about my day. Stop asking every single time when I keep telling you no. Full Review

It's buggy. Hangs after 40 minutes or so, just shows the buffering spinning circle. This spoils every show I watch as I have to reboot my nexus tablet to finish watching a show. Nothing else hangs, my Internet connection isn't the problem. Its been a problem since I loaded the app in January and the latest version is installed. Please fix this, urgently. Full Review

Great content, but you gotta add 10 seconds reverse and forward button instead of the only 30 seconds reverse. Also, it's takes a lot of time to resume playing once reversed. Give the option to move the seekbar while the content is buffering; presently the seekbar disappears while buffering. Full Review

Love this app. Just wish the newest update didn't change it back to the way it used to be. I liked the 10 seconds rewind more than the 30 seconds, and it had 10 second fast forward, and everything was in the middle of the screen. I don't like that the newer features were taken away and it went back to the old way. Full Review

Not stable. Often crashes with a "device failure" error message. If the app plays more than one video in a row, you got lucky. Actually, if the app plays any video at all without having to be closed and reopened 6 times first, you got lucky. Full Review

This app consistently crashes and does a poor job interacting with common iot devices (namely Chromecast). The error messages are outright wrong. For example, the error message said my subscription was expired, which was clearly wrong. Also, there are frequent disconnects and other errors. Full Review

Attention NetFlix! I hope you'll be able to read my very humble comment regarding to your recent updates. First of all, removing the feature where we can fast-forward or vice-versa while watching certain clips is absolutely a "BIG NO-NO!" for many of us. Also, I thought at first it's just me who've experienced frame freeze while the audio is still going on. I honestly thought it's my internet speed then I figured out it's because of the new updates you made. I've read some comments and we both have the same dilemma. If I were you, I'll listen to your subscribers especially when they're giving honest and constructive criticism like me. Lastly, the features are getting complicated to maneuver. I mean, it looks simple but it's no longer friendly-user since we can't control the app the way we want it to command. That's all. More Power! Full Review

Auto play doesn't seem to work consistently. Sometimes it will autoplay, sometimes it won't. Exact same with the "skip intro". It's not a huge deal, just a pain in the ass, but you can't win em all I guess. Nothing is perfect, totally worth the subscription price. Full Review

Your servers go down way too often. I try and download offline episodes for my commute home and I can't because "it can't connect, please retry". Also the bottom tabbar of the new UI sucks, looks way to iphone-y. That's an iOS design guideline, not sure what it's doing in an Android version of an app. Full Review

It seems the app has received a redesign, but I for some reason haven't been able to rate anything for months. Is there any other users who are experiencing this problem? I use Netflix primarily on my mobile device, and not being able to rate anything renders recommendations useless. Full Review

Whenever I pause, it starts playing automaticaly after about a minute. It happens every time without fail. Its getting really annoying. Very buggy for Galaxy S8+, video gets stuck, app works fine on other Samsung devices. Full Review

Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! Android phone - Audio plays and subtitles but no PICTURE. I have done all the recommended fixes and still nothing. I have had it for one month and I havent been able to watch a single thing. Netfix fix your app. I can see I am one of many this is happening to. I WILL BE CANCELING. Full Review

I guess since it updated I can no longer access the app. It always says it's an error with the server which no is not true because I can watch it on my computer. Also it pulls other peoples profile watchings onto my profile that is the active one. Fix this please Full Review

The app is great overall and works like it should. The only downside is that it pops up a dialog asking me to turn on push notifications every time I open it up. It gets old when you open it up frequently. At this point I've turned them on and blocked them at the OS level just to get the app to stop asking. Full Review

First I thought Netflix has not enough series and movies but this changed later I often find new good thing one it! I like STRANGER THINGS or DAREDEVIL there are really cool! But my all time favorite will be GOOD MORNING CALL !!! I love the story so much and the actors they are so gorgeous! It's my first time that I watched a Japanese show but I doesn't regret it at all!! The play button being removed from the middle of the screen and the rewind 30sec instead of 10sec or not even giving you the option is ridiculous. Also the app dosnt save my progress when watching a show so i have to start from the beginning each time. Video keeps freezing as of 2/12/18. The audio continues but the video just stops. I tried different internet sources all with the same outcome.I use this app all the time and am so sad I can't get it to work for me. I have a htc u11 Edit 2/22/18: updated to newest version.
