If I want stop the exercise in the middle due some reason, there is no pause button. Please provide rest days for women at their period time. Automate the next exercise. Please provide the necessary things. Otherwise this is the best app. I can feel burning of muscle. Full Review

I love it. The little reminders help me and motivate me to do it each day. It's a very good way to make a habit out of exercising everyday. 100% recommend it to everyone even if you never exercised at all in the past which I didn't either but I'm on day 11 and I feel better already. This app is great, eases you in gently but start to notice improvements so quickly. Initially downloaded just to regain my core strength but I've ended up losing 6kg in 3 months. If you can keep it up for the first week, you'll manage the whole 30 days fine! Cannot praise this app more highly. Full Review

I loved this app when I first downloaded it a year ago, but I've started back up on it this last month and it won't save my progress. At first I would have to reconnect it to the previous saved backup, but now it rewrites over the previous backup with a blank slate. I now have to take screen shots in order to know my next step. I was fit before. But when I started working, gained a lot of fat and I tire faster than usual. I guess sitting on a chair for 12 hours a day is not a really great working habit. Then I started searching for an app to guide me. This app deserves 5 stars! I am on my day 2 now and as someone who doesn't exercise at all picking the "medium" plan is really a hard path but I can definetely feel better now. Full Review

7 days in and I already lost 1 inch on my waist. .75 inch on my hips and lost 1lb!!! Love how easy it is to use and that the exercises can be done in about a 3-foot by 6-foot area all I needed was a small section of wall (behind the door lol) and a chair (I use a folding chair I keep behind the door lol) I can't wait to continue the workouts and tone up this body. Also I recommend Lose It app which is how I lost 40lbs before finding this app to help tone up. Full Review

Reminders don't always work on Samsung galaxy s5 even though it's set for reminders and app is allowed in system settings. Saw absolutely no results in 3 weeks of doing two of the plans per day. Seemed like a good idea, but did not work for me. Full Review

Great app! But it could be better! The beginning was too easy.. I must do two workouts (full body) to be really challenged. And that was while I just picked medium because I was not that fit for the hard work - I thought. Well since day14 it is challenging. It might be better to have the instructions linked in the challenges. That is way more easy! To see the calories in the workout diary is another thing missing. And to have an ongoing timer in the pauses would be good so that you don't have to click to start the next exercise. Also do these pauses need to be different between different exercises. I really like this app! It doesn't just have you do one work out it switches it up on you, if you don't know how to do something it has a video link so you can watch a real person do the move on YouTube. A+ in my book! Full Review

This app works great for me. Perfect for me to get my early morning workouts done while kids are sleeping before they go to school. While my kids in school.. I would go for my evening jogs. Love this workout app. Besides the ads. Which is ok. I think of it as my lil breaks in between my workouts as I start to begin another one. Full Review

Great app, progresses at a perfect speed, hard enough to challenge you but easy enough to keep at it. It explains each exercise pretty well, although it could use a little more detail to avoid injury (for people like me). If it had a simple stretching guide like for the workouts, it would honestly be perfect Full Review

I don't exercise, partly because i don't like it, but also because I don't know what exercises to do. We just finished the 30 day full body easy plan and we loved it! It got harder at just the right pace. But now I dont know what to do. Should I move on to the other easy plan or do we do the medium plan now? Anyways, its a great app! Full Review

Day 1 to 9 are walk in park n you feel fit that you can do it without breaking a sweat. Day 9 brings in a change in pace n then you start feeling the heat n proud that you can somehow keep up cz this is the hardest it can get. Then comes the day 19 n you wish you were in hell. You realize you are out of shape that you can barely make it to the mid. Truly, the pace is good, you just have to get through that mid part where you usually break. You go through to end n u feel on top of the world. This is a fitness app as perfect as there can be. Very nicely built with gifs explaining exercises cz I didn't barely knew half of them by name. I'm fit n njoy in life without spending a penny on gym. Thank you Full Review
